Rhenus Logistics Dublin will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 23 December until Friday 2 January 2015. Please note our Export and Import trailer schedule:

ROAD IMPORTS:
Spain:
Last departures ex Irun and Barcelona Friday 12 December to achieve pre-Christmas delivery. There may be departures on 19 December but will depend on volumes and customer requirements and will not guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
First departure in 2015 on 9 January from both depots.

Dusseldorf/Hilden - last departure Tuesday 16 December. First departure in 2015 on Tuesday 6 January.
Dietzenbach/Frankfurt - last departure Thurs/Fri 18/19 December. First departure in 2015 on Friday 9 January.
Munich - last departure Tuesday 16 December. First departure in 2015 on Friday 9 January.

Cargo to leave Istanbul depot Friday 28 November. Goods due in Rhenus Dublin by 15 December so should achieve pre-Christmas deliveries assuming no Customs delays outside of our control.

Italy:
Milan/Padova - last departure Thursday 18 December. Milan trailer due in Dublin Monday 22 or Tuesday 23 December. Padova trailer due in Dublin Tuesday 23 December. This means it may be too late for pre-Christmas deliveries outside Dublin. For pre-Christmas deliveries goods should ship on Friday 12 December.
First departure in 2015 on Friday 9 January. We may have a very limited service via UK before this date, please discuss with Operations.

Last guarantee departure from Poznan is Friday 12 December. We may organise a departure on Friday 19 December (probably a fridge trailer) but this is subject to equipment availability.

The Netherlands:
Full Loads - Last departure 19 December with delivery date subject to when consignee is open. Groupage - For pre-Christmas delivery last departure Tuesday 16 December. There will be a departure on Friday 19 December but will not guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
First departure in 2015 is Tuesday 6 January.

UK:

Part Loads/Direct Deliveries: Any Part Loads unable to make pre-Christmas delivery will remain on the International Trailer until the New Year.
On-Forwarding import Cargo: Eg Bulgaria, Slovenia, Czech Republic - cargo will need to be in the German/Dutch depot no later than 16 December.
For departures on or after Friday 19 December we cannot guarantee delivery outside of Dublin pre-Christmas. Also it will depend on your opening-hours. All transit times above assume no disruption due to weather etc. (Groupage ex The Netherlands on 19 Dec will not guarantee pre-Christmas delivery anywhere).
To help us to achieve the above service please let our operations staff know your opening hours around this time. We expect high demand for space in the run up to Christmas. We may run extra departures on some lanes but this will be subject to demand and equipment availability. Special rates must be agreed at the time.
